natalie was born in landstuhl, germany, the daughter of an american father and an italian mother.  she went to american and italian high schools.  she began college at the university of maryland at munich, germany.  she then moved to milan and continued her studies at the luigi bocconi university.  after her studies, she continued to live in milan.  while there, she created and managed four of the most innovative restaurants and bars in the city: café india, lelephant, milch, and beige.  While managing these restaurants and bars, she studied art and painting.  natalie began to exhibit her work in 2001.  her art concentrates on social themes and her paintings are the expression of her exploration of the visible.  natalie’s specific research in painting focuses on the confrontation of nature, light, and the infinite realm of colors.  currently, she lives in italy; traveling throughout europe and the united states.
